Refund Policy
1. One-Time Plans, No Subscriptions
All paid VdoZen plans (Starter, Pro and Elite) are one-time payments. Each purchase gives you the plan's features, tokens and any included AI video credits for 30 days from the date of purchase. Plans do not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
Tokens and AI video credits that are not used within those 30 days expire and are not carried over or refunded after expiry.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Unused tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you have not used any of a plan's tokens or credits, you receive a full refund of that purchase.
- If you have used part of a plan, we refund the unused portion: the price paid × (tokens remaining ÷ tokens granted by that purchase).
- Consumed tokens and credits are not refundable, because each generation uses paid AI, voice and rendering services the moment it runs.
- Free tokens, referral gifts, trial tokens and other promotional grants are not refundable.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise (see Section 5).
3. Failed Generations
If a video, voice or other generation fails because of an error on our side, the tokens it used are returned to your balance. If that did not happen, contact us with the details and we will restore them. This is separate from, and does not count against, a refund request.
4. How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all VdoZen orders. To request a refund, either:
- use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or visit paddle.net to look up your order; or
- email us at jh@vdozen.com from your account email, with your order number and the date of purchase.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the refunded tokens and credits are removed from your account.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Consumers in the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms, and such requests are handled under those terms.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved quickly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
